- Usability Audits: Conduct comprehensive usability audits on existing products and identify areas for improvement.
- User Research: Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and pain points.
- User-Centered Design: Employ a user-centered design approach to create intuitive and efficient B2B product interfaces.
- Business Alignment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into actionable design solutions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on them based on user and stakeholder feedback.
- User Interface Design: Design polished user interfaces that reflect the company’s brand and maintain consistency across all products.
- Documentation: Create design documentation, including design specifications and style guides, to facilitate seamless handover to development teams.
- Mentorship: Share your expertise with junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
- Evaluate user requirements while collaborating with the product and engineering managers
- Illustrate ideas into design through process flows and story boards
- Create robust designs to implement user friendly and easy to follow layouts and flows
- Iterate designs based on feedback from product and engineering teams
- Create UI mockups and prototypes to show process flows
What you’ll need :
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a focus on B2B products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your B2B design work, usability audits, and user research projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self starter that can work independently and with a team
- Proficiency with design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Principle, Zeplin)
- Have an extreme passion for creating next level products
- Expert understanding of the formal elements of design (typography, layout, balance, color, and proportion)
