Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for various business groups from Business Development and Corporate roles;
Own the full recruiting cycle from setting recruitment intake meetings to job offers;
Data-driven and complete recruitment data tracking and analysis or recruitment report as required.
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, continuously keep the employer brand attractive.
Work closely with hiring managers to acquire the updated hiring needs and find the best way for the business to hire the best people.
Continuously identify improvement on Talent Acquisition excellence in terms of process, policy, system etc., to elevate both recruitment quality and efficiency.
Manage recruitment agencies and explore new vendors, drive progress, and evaluate performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and regional teams, participate in HR projects cooperating with cross boarder teams.
Create a corporate culture construction plan and collaborate with relevant departments to implement it.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience of recruiting in high-pace industry (such as technology, e-commerce, internet, etc)
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English
Data-driven mentality, able to influence stakeholders with data and market insights
