Join SHEIN and be the future!ABOUT THE ROLE:The Recruitment team for Corporate roles is responsible for all hiring in Brazil for non-logistics roles. This team scope expands from Business Development teams, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR and others. It is crucial to help global teams better understand Brazilian market and to attract top talent to help SHEIN ambitions in the region. You will be responsible for working with a plenthora of roles from different seniorities and managing recruitment end to end. The role will also be exposed to a global culture, helping build recruitment projects that can impact in a local or global perspective.Responsibilities
- Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for various business groups from Business Development and Corporate roles;
- Own the full recruiting cycle from setting recruitment intake meetings to job offers;
- Data-driven and complete recruitment data tracking and analysis or recruitment report as required;
- Work closely with hiring managers to acquire the updated hiring needs and find the best way for the business to hire the best people;
- Help develop SHEIN employer branding through internal and external actions;
- Provide continuously market insights to help SHEIN improve their presence in Brazilian market;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and regional teams, participate in HR projects cooperating with cross boarder teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience of recruiting in high-pace industry (such as technology, e-commerce, internet, etc);
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent in English to work with global colleagues;
- Data-driven mentality, able to influence stakeholders with data and market insights;
- Expert in sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean tools, etc);
- Able to work 100% on-site in our office in Faria Lima, S達o Paulo.
