Join SHEIN and be the future!ABOUT THE ROLEThe Merchandising/Trade team is responsible for support SHEIN 1P & 3P sales achievement, defining the calendar, campaigns and exposure assortment strategy, such as Black Friday and Double Dates. It´s also responsible for all In-APP exposure plans. This team connects with multiple stakeholders, such as senior business leaders, PMs, commercial teams and other support teams based in China.We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, responsible and bilingual (Portuguese, English) project manager to join our dynamic merchandising/trade team.This role will lead our main 3P projects, such as Live Commerce and Official Stores, being responsible for product selection, coordinate multiareas tasks and also make alignments with China and local marketplace leadership.It is expected that this person has strong analytical and leadership skills and works with a high level of autonomy, understanding projects proposal to guarantee alignment between all areas involved and also propose improvements and learnings to business leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders.This role will be based in our office in São Paulo/Faria Lima.Responsabilities:
- Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of main merchandising/trade projects – Live Commerce, Official Stores and Fashion Stores
- Lead and coordinate project development, managing multidisciplinary activities with a results-oriented approach, setting and tracking KPIs
- Develop projects exposure plans, ensuring alignment with organizational and business goals and objectives
- Propose, select and organize assortment to live commerce
- Deliver deep dives analysis for projects performance, proposing improvements and learnings
- Develop training sessions with the account manager to cascade the strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Mandarin and/or Spanish is a plus;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce and/or marketplace;
- At least 1 year of work experience in fashion market. Previous experience with live commerce is a plus
- Strong analytical skill and problem-solving mindset. Advanced excel and power point skill is mandatory.
- Comfortable at dealing with a different range of profiles and cultures.
