ABOUT THE ROLEThis role will be based in our office in GuarulhosThe People Operations Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the HR department and other stakeholders to ensure excellence in HR processes and systems. This position is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee’s data management, while ensuring labor law compliance and promoting a seamless employee experience.This role will also lead benefits management, process improvements, structuring challenges and proposing solutions supported by both qualitative and quantitative insights. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, this position will support and improve local HR operations in Brazil and act as a trusted partner in driving initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate is expected toprioritize effectively, and demonstrate a strong understanding of HR operations and business requirements.Responsabilities:● HR Administrative Support: Assist the HR department with administrative tasks, including benefits administration, HR program delivery, and vendor management for HR operations.● Employee Records: Manage and maintain employee records, guaranteeing data integrity and confidentiality.● Labor Law and Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, occupational health and safety compliance, and company policies. This includes managing medical exams, health compliance documentation, and other safety-related processes.● Onboarding/Offboarding Management: Execute key lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, position/department transfers, and probation management, specifically in Brazil.● Benefits Management: Oversee employee benefits programs, monitor vendor performance, and ensure processes are executed effectively.● Issue Resolution and Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges in day-to-day tasks, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.● Collaborative Support: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to support broader objectives and enhance the employee experience.● Project Leadership: Lead or support projects such as system implementations, policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and audit.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field● 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or similar roles● Proficiency in English as a working language;● Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee lifecycle management● High level of data sensitivity and strong analytical skills, with clear logical thinking and a result-oriented mindset.● Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.● Strong execution capabilities, willingness to learn, and excellent learning aptitude.At SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
