Job Description: Job Responsibilities
– Lead business development for Home & Living category;
– Lead the team of Account Managers for the category, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance;
– Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring excellence in execution and profitability of the category portfolio;
– Execute and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives within the area;
– Foster collaborative partnerships with category managers to ensure alignment with key strategies;
– Be responsible for achieving the category’s KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met.
Job Requirements
– Full graduation
– Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass your KPIs
– Experience in managing market place partners
– Logical and problem-oriented thinking
– Good analytical skill
– Excellent communication skills
– Microsoft Excel domain
– Experience in Marketplace / E-commerce
– Experience in Home & Living categories is a plus
