- Position OverviewThe Account Manager is a key position for business development as this person will represent SHEIN for the sellers managed by them.
- They should be able to provide any assistance the sellers might need and also help the sellers keep up with SHEIN’s growth.
- ResponsibilitiesResponsible for improving sales and number of orders for all managed sellers they assist.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good relationship with fashion sellers, monitoring sales and operations.
- Help the sellers to select SKUs for various campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare reports and provide detailed information about assisted sellers to category managers in order to execute defined strategies.
- Research the fashion market and conduct competitive analysis.
- QualificationsFull graduation (new graduates welcome).
- Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass your KPIs.
- Experience in managing marketplace partners.
- Logical and problem-oriented thinking.
- Good analytical skills.
- Experience in Marketplace is a plus.
