- **As a **IT Infrastructure Analyst you will**- Register technical events and service requests.
- – Provide clarification on technical, operational, or administrative inquiries.
- – Identify and handle technical support demands for software and hardware.
- – Coordinate installation, upgrade, movement, correction, and configuration of software and hardware- Monitor events to ensure adherence to service level agreements and resolution timelines.
- – Escalate incidents and involve relevant stakeholders, including third-party providers, when SLAs are not met.
- – Provide timely updates and estimates for user requests.
- – Handle second-level access management requests.
- – Maintain file folders on file servers.
- – Create user accounts.
- – Manage permissions in Windows, Linux, macOS, Active Directory, and Samba4 environments.
- – Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support.
- – Document solutions in the knowledge base for future reference.
